- PageCore and PageCore FSE are free software under the GPL.
- What you import becomes part of your site, to change as you like.
- Everything is provided as is, so back up your site before importing a starter site.
The software
The PageCore plugin and the PageCore FSE theme are free software, licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. You may use, study, change and share them under that licence. The licence, not these terms, governs the software itself.
Starter sites, patterns and styles
Starter sites, Design Library patterns and Style Library styles are provided so you can build your own website with them. Once imported, they are part of your site and you can change them as you like.
Placeholder text and placeholder icons are there to be replaced with your own. You are responsible for the content you publish on your site, including checking that any images and text you keep are suitable for your use.
- Fonts downloaded by the Style Library are distributed under their own open font licences.
- Plugins that a starter site needs, such as WPForms, are installed from WordPress.org and come with their own licences.
Our servers
The plugin fetches starter site content, patterns, screenshots and fonts from pagecore.net and demos.pagecore.net. We aim to keep them available, but we do not promise that they will always be online, or that any particular starter site, pattern or style will remain available. Content already imported into your site stays on your site.
Please don’t try to overload, scrape at scale or otherwise interfere with these servers.
No warranty
The software and content are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, as set out in the GPL. Back up your site before importing a starter site. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using this website, the software or the content.

Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page with a new date. How we handle data is described in our privacy policy.
